The NIR MHD endpoint is currently in development, the NIR team shares this enthusiasm for future proofing the product by developing to modern interoperability frameworks. However, many systems are still dependant on the XCA framework, as such the intention is to support both. Are you considering IHE RAD profiles? We are roughly following the very related IHE LTW…. Probably also have IHE XDS/MHD when we work with national/regional report sharing.
