I hope you are well. Our team has been using CIS2 (INT) to access user-restricted e-RS (INT) APIs. Recently, we have got CIS2 (DEP) working and would like to use the e-RS (DEP) APIs.
To obtain the API key and secret, we tried to create an application on https://onboarding.prod.api.platform.nhs.uk. However, there does not appear to be a Deployment Environment available.
Could anyone please advise on the correct process for obtaining access to the e-RS (DEP) APIs? Your guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry for the delay.
When creating your application, please set the environment to DEV (this is equivalent to DEP in APIM terms).
Once the application has been created, please post the Application ID here and we can request that an ASID is set up (it won’t work without it). I assume you are already using DEP under an existing ODS code for Trust testing, so if that’s the case, please provide the ODS code as well.
It’s also worth noting that INT is our pre-production environment and is used for integration testing and, at times, feature testing. As a result, you shouldn’t always expect INT and DEP to be identical.
Our preference is for suppliers to use INT where possible. From time to time, there are discussions around removing DEP as a route to the live environment, so we recommend aligning with INT for future testing and onboarding activities.
