How do I receive email notifications for the community?
Ensure you are signed up to use the community (Users who are not signed up will not receive email notifications).
Please follow the steps below to ensure your email preferences are set correctly:

Select your profile icon
in the top right-hand corner of the screen. -
Select the role icon

Select the preferences icon. from the dropdown menu

This will bring up a range of filters, click on ‘Emails’.

Set your desired preferences.
- Don’t forget to Save Changes.
Note to receive email notifications for ‘watched’ categories and tags, you will need to be logged out from the community.*
Note: Ensure notifications are set to your preference. Please know, to receive email. notifications for interested posts, the following settings should be enabled:

Go back to home page and click on the category of choice.

Click on the Alarm Icon on the top right and click on watching.

Go back to (3) of this list to click on “Preference” and click on tracking - this should be your view

When will I receive email notifications?

- Click on to the category you are interested in on the left-hand side of the screen on the main community page.
- Click on the alarm emoji on the top right-hand corner of the screen and decide what setting best suits you; ‘’tracking’’/’’watching’’.
Alternatively,
- Please click on to the user button on the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- Click on ‘preferences’ at the top of the screen.
- This will bring up filters on the left-hand side, please click on ‘’Categories’’.
- Update settings to your preference; add Category(s) on to ‘’watched’’/ ‘’Tracked’’ to receive email notifications.
- At the bottom of the window, click Save Changes.|
