# A043 - Get A&G Summary

Hi, we are trying to call the A043 but we are getting a 406 error.

The xcorrelationId is : 33C7AB5C-C285-AE40-AC6F-985683DB18E0

Can you help please?

Hi @jim.brock,

It looks like you are providing an `Accept` header with value `application/fhir+json`. However, e-RS would like to return an `application/pdf`. Hence the 406 Not Acceptable error.

Either add `application/pdf` to the `Accept` header, or don’t provide the `Accept` header at all.
